I love it so far, it's a crazy shopping experience, I've found some good deals. My First purchase was the wrong item but it was an easy fix, I have a refund coming. What I didn't appreciate was when I requested my refund for the wrong product, I was reprimanded because I had already had an issue with being charged shipping twice, so I guess there's limit on how many times I can request a refund. I get punished?? change this what not, it's not nice.

The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!

The app itself works fine, but I've been using it for some time now, and I've consistently had issues with the sellers. Twice I had to request order cancellation because the products were never shipped. Once I had a product get lost. Another time I was mailed the wrong thing. When the app first launched, it seemed that the sellers were better and more reliable. Not so much right now.
