Wheel of Feels is a tool to help you identify and express your feelings. We are always feeling something, but sometimes we don't know what we are feeling. At any point in time, you can come to the wheel and check in with yourself. Identify how you are feeling by starting in the middle of the wheel. Make your way to the outside of the wheel by tapping on the feelings that resonate with how you currently feel. Once you've made it to the outside edge of the wheel, you can add an entry to your feelings journal and track and analyze your feelings over time.

I LOVE this app, exactly what I needed to figure out what I'm going through. One suggestion though. I use this because I have a hard time knowing what I'm feeling sometimes and I find myself having to look up these words regularly. If the app could have the definitions somehow it would save me from switching back and forth to figure out what some of the words mean. This is probs just bc my my edu, thanks Texas. It's a beautiful, well-designed, functional app I use regularly for journaling.

This app is simple and easy to use, but the placements of some of the emotions on the outer wheel don't make sense to me. I agree with others that it would be nice to be able to select the emotions on the middle or even inner wheel. Both the calendar function and the wheel itself are very intuitive and even fun to play with. Thank you for not sharing my data with third-party apps, and thank you for making this free and accessible.
