PUSHUP SPARTAN is a push-up training app built around one principle: the program adapts to you, not the other way around.

Enter how many push-ups you can do today. The app builds your first week from that number, then adjusts every week based on how you actually performed — and how hard it felt. Easy session? Volume increases. Struggled? The program steps back. Rated it hard? Next week is more conservative. It's a feedback loop that keeps you progressing without burning out.

PROGRAM MODE
Your weekly sessions are pre-planned with target reps, set structure, and rest timers built in. Complete your sets, rate the difficulty when you're done, and the app handles the math for next week. Deload weeks are built into the cycle automatically.

PRACTICE MODE
Train freely outside your program schedule. Five military ranks to unlock — RECRUIT, SOLDIER, WARRIOR, CHAMPION, SPARTAN — based on cumulative daily reps. Your program sets count toward your practice total, so a strong training day puts you halfway there.

STATS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
Weekly, monthly, and yearly views with charts, personal records, and a narrative that tells you whether you're ahead or behind your usual pace — not just raw numbers.
