Whisker Tracker is a community for cat lovers, caretakers, and cat photographers. You can create cat profiles, manage all your outdoor cat sightings, and help find missing pets. The app uses cat facial recognition to identify and catalog cats. This app is great for casual cat lovers and helpful to the rescue community!

Many people will see outdoor cats while on their walks and like to take pictures of their cute neighborhood kitties. Whisker Tracker will help you catalog, manage, and organize your cat sightings from all around the world. Each cat profile has a photo album, a list of health and behavioral statuses, location pins, and notes so you can capture all the great memories of your cat sightings.

We’ll never make the cats’ locations public to protect their privacy. Each cat map is unique to you for the cats you’ve spotted.

If you manage a cat colony, do TNR, or do field work for cat rescues, Whisker Tracker will help you organize and manage your community cats. Track the habits of the kitties, frequency of visits, and location of your colonies, and list veterinary care needs in the note section. This app is extremely easy to use out in the field, all you need to start is to take or upload a photo of a cat.

It’s estimated that 55% of indoor-only cats will get out and go missing at least once in their lifetime. That means over 9,000 cats are reported missing every day. Whisker Tracker uses cat facial recognition software to match your cat pictures with lost pet pictures, helping to reunite lost pets, even if you aren't actively looking for them (coming soon).

Cat facial recognition enables a new level of community engagement that starts with a cat sighting. You can leave public comments on a cat’s wall to give them a voice and share notes with neighbors. Start a conversation with other cat spotters in your community! Whisker Tracker can also help connect cat caretakers with donations and supplies from cat lovers in their local area.

Our mission is to identify all the stray cats in the world so we can help them all. There are 100+ million stray cats in the USA alone, and we estimate there are over 1 billion strays worldwide. With your help, we can find them all! The safety and security of the cats is our top priority. For the privacy of the cats, you’ll only be able to see the location of the cats you’ve found. If we can find them all, we can better track them and support them.

Great idea, poor implementation. Too focused on monetizing. There is nothing in the app besides the idea. And one of the first things you see is $5/month subscription offer. For what?? This basically kills the app for me. No wonder the app userbase is so low. Uninstalling after a few minutes use.

Such a cool app! What a great way to track your cats and cat sightings. This app is purrfect for cat spotters or people who work with outdoor cats. It's fun and easy to use. Love it!
