Since I've opened my account, this app hasn't worked. The website works fine with the same information, but I can't sign in on the app. I've tried signing in on the website, changing my password, and using the new one on the app, but still can't get in. I've tried unistalling the app and installing it again, still nothing. I've called twice, and nobody could help me.

I give this app a 1 out of 5 because I have to continually uninstall and reinstall this app daily...this has continued despite updating the app and has continued for longer than a year...this needs to be fixed!!! I called the CU...they helped me fix the problems...it's working much better!!!

The app not loading was not a credit union issue nor was it an issue with the developer of the app. The developer or Google Play whomever was going ahead and blocking the app from opening because of a security issue on Google side. Once the update was done immediately the app was able to be accessed. Thank you Mark (w/WFTFCU) for helping me with knoledge that it was a known issue.
