My aids disconnect all the time, one or sometimes both. Trying to reconnect them is frustrating to the point where I put them in the charger until the next day. Also, I can't seem to adjust the sounds to reduce the hissing & tinny sounds without losing volume & clarity. Actually, the clarity is awful no matter what settings I or my audiologist set. I am very disheartened.

Using Sansung S23 with Android 16 and One UI 8.0. Allure v 1.3.10.1302 Can reliably connect using Sansung Bluetooth settings. had issues with Allure app connecting reliably. But, discovered I had nearly 100 Bluetooth pairs no longer in use. so, when I removed (unlinked or "forgot") these old pairs, the reliability of the Allure app went up quite a bit!

Using Samsung S22 and not super happy. Annoying that app often loses connection to hearing aids for no apparent reason. i need to close app, disconnect Bluetooth, then reconnect. It has **REALLY** bad performance with TV Play. Aides start streaming but app *says* that it's *not* streaming and the TV Play control doesn't come up on the screen so I can't control the volume.
