I am beyond frustrated with this application and my hearing aids. It was less than 2 weeks and I started experiencing issues with connecting. One of the aids would unpair itself. No reason, no explanation. An example- I had my phone sitting in my lap when suddenly the left aid dropped out and I lost all my saved favorites. It didn't stop. It has continued since. I go to see the technician, he is at a loss and I'm being told that they can't do that. Tech support blamed my phone being incompatible

It gets a 1 star because the advice selection from when things are not working correctly like say your hearing aid. Trouble shooting it for that particular option is bull. There is 3 options all make it out to be user error. How could it not be the dev faulta or the manufacturer fault. Must be only the user. The customer always is in the wrong and has no idea what they are talking about. Well my right hearing aid does not work. Left one does. Perfectly clean. Ear is perfectly clean. No sound.

Horrible connection issues. I have been working with my audiologist and have taken my Moment hearing aids to her office twice in the last two months. I have android and iOS phones and repeated connection problems. This is so frustrating when you are trying to find some relief. Edit 5/10/2024. It took you almost a month to tell me this? That's is not very streamlined customer support for people with hearing problems. You would have been better off not responding.
