Tell me this is beta. This could be one of the worst apps I've installed. - Went through the AI a couple times and the result was great. Gave it a name and it's nowhere to be found. 16 steps, wasted. One try was actually saved. - Using your phone for web browsing results in the hearing aids clicking on and off randomly. - Changing the settings (balance, tone) and a very loud voice tells you what you did no way to silence it. Update: None really. Limited usefulness without a phone connected.

One side suddenly disconnected from Blue tooth and I couldn't figure out how to get it back. Called and immediately got thru to Rachel who was very patient and willing to help. Finally got it corrected but two phone apps no longer streamed via bluetooth. After the call I went to the Widex app and paired it that way and voila, it worked as I wanted. Now I want to see if I can do the same thing with laptop (Windows 10). Overall a good experience.

keeps coming unpaired from my new widex moments with disposable batteries and no matter how many times I try to download the app, it won't appear on my 2025 Motorola razr plus . I have to go to the play store and endure seeing that it's installed, yet I can only open it from the play app!! it used to work fine. I spend hours on the phone every day on business and it's so much better when I can hear the phone through my hearing aids. Help!
