upgraded to a new phone, now I can't get the hearing aids to pair or connect. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. looked for updates and double checked my connections. This is ridiculous. it's also randomly changing the settings on me, which go from pure sound to universal and I can't get it to go back since I can't get it to pair in the app.

I'm having the same problem the right one will not connect. I have reinstalled the app. I tried pairing them again. Bluetooth shows both connected on my Note 10+. They are Both working. But with the app right will not connect to set volume or equalizer. It first started by having it to a custom setting. then it would revert to Pure and switch back to custom by itself 3 weeks ago. AI didn't seem to work prior also.

This App worked Great on My Galaxy. I switch to a Pixel 9 Pro, everything worked great till I had to switch a hearing aid out and then all of a sudden now the app can't find or won't recognize my hearing aids. I was told your company needs to do a App software update to fix the issue. been waiting for 2 weeks now and I can't adjust my hearing aids at all. please fix your app.
