A mess. I can't believe that this app will not let me change the default program. My hearing aid specialist isn't particularly helpful and is also a 35 minute drive away but I can't change the default from what she set it to, I have to go back to her to do it? Seriously???!!! The app is basically useless. Stay away from Widex hearing aids and the app that goes with them.

Tell me this is beta. This could be one of the worst apps I've installed. - Went through the AI a couple times and the result was great. Gave it a name and it's nowhere to be found. 16 steps, wasted. One try was actually saved. - Using your phone for web browsing results in the hearing aids clicking on and off randomly. - Changing the settings (balance, tone) and a very loud voice tells you what you did no way to silence it. Update: None really. Limited usefulness without a phone connected.

One side suddenly disconnected from Blue tooth and I couldn't figure out how to get it back. Called and immediately got thru to Rachel who was very patient and willing to help. Finally got it corrected but two phone apps no longer streamed via bluetooth. After the call I went to the Widex app and paired it that way and voila, it worked as I wanted. Now I want to see if I can do the same thing with laptop (Windows 10). Overall a good experience.
