After months of stable performance, suddenly the hearing aids do not pair with my phone. I did resets multiple times, both within the app and the phone system itself, but the device will not pair with my hearing aids, although it can find them and it can save the configuration. I cannot determine whether the problem is with the phone or the hearing aids.

I have model number WPP401. I have nothing but trouble with sound assist. The sound assist is very inconsistent. It might attached one hearing aid but not the other and then many days I can't attach anything. So frustrating. Hearing aid doctor is at a loss. My phone tech support says it's the app that is the problem. I have uninstalled reinstalled force stop Bluetooth on and off etc etc. Manuel's user guides are you useless. I don't know where else to turn.

One side suddenly disconnected from Blue tooth and I couldn't figure out how to get it back. Called and immediately got thru to Rachel who was very patient and willing to help. Finally got it corrected but two phone apps no longer streamed via bluetooth. After the call I went to the Widex app and paired it that way and voila, it worked as I wanted. Now I want to see if I can do the same thing with laptop (Windows 10). Overall a good experience.
