During the initial fitting with the audiologist, we were immediately able to connect my hearing aids to the phone via Bluetooth. However this app would not connect to the hearing aids, despite multiple tries, reinstalls, etc. I was finally able to get this app to work by conducting a factory reset on my phone, reloading all of my apps 1 by 1. Now that it is working, I like how I can see when the app is connected on the lock screen. Otherwise, still a bit clunky to use.

Two stars for a good idea poorly executed. I recently got my first set of hearing aids. The dealer threw in the COM-DEX device for free. That's about what it's worth. It's almost impossible to get it to connect the hearing aids to the phone. Sometimes I can get one and not the other. I did get both connected once and found the features lacking. The fact that it requires the COM-DEX is a deal killer. Until they release an update that makes connections flawless I'm not using it

Have had WIDEX for 2 months. So far so good. Like the adjustments. My issue is the connectivity to my android. The Bluetooth seems to have trouble especially during cloudy days. Not sure why. I have bluetooth enabled also on my pickup truck with no connection issues at all. I reset everything and maybe will make connection. A bit frustrating. Otherwise good product.
