You couldn't get worse customer service if you made it in a laboratory. That's why I left. Payouts are always a hassle. The app itself could be better. It's awkward. No ability to buy points is a problem. Games are sorted by time. For a late game, you may have to scroll for 3 miles to find the game that you want to bet. They offer intriguing promos & live bets, but I often had a line or price change mid-bet. Do yourself a favor and find a better book.

This is the worst app I've ever used for anything. It's so laggy and you can't do half the things you want. I tried to close my account and it said "tap the 'Close Account' button", which doesn't exist. There are options for betting that I know other people are getting on other apps that aren't available here. They'll remove things that are likely to happen (touchdown scorers for one) rather than adjusting the odds. It's ridiculous. I didn't even get my first bet bonus that was promised.

I like the way their sportsbook is set up, but man the app is so bad. It's very very slow at times. Don't double click, just give the app time to load. If it didn't have such a slow app I'd give it 4 or 5 stars but I just can't go above a 3 with how bad the app runs. Other than that the way its set up and the way betting works on Caesars Sportsbook is pretty good, no complaints on that end. Depositing and withdrawal is easy and doesn't take much time at all for your winnings to come to you.
