About this game

Win Candor sets a hidden rule, then sometimes swaps it on you in plain sight.

Two examples sit above the field. One is ticked, one is crossed, and the crossed one is the ticked one with the rule's features changed and nothing else, so the differences between them spell out the rule. Tap the shapes below that follow it, and a run of correct picks takes the round.

From the eighth level a round has two halves. Partway through the run the rule is replaced, and the swap is announced: a fresh pair of examples appears and a banner marks the change. The shapes you already cleared stay cleared, even though some of them belonged to the old rule, and the rest of the run is judged by the new one. There is never a silent swap, so a run can always be finished by reading whatever pair is on screen right now.

A wrong tap costs a try, puts the run back to zero and restarts the round from the first pair. The field is always stocked with enough matches for both halves of the run and at least two shapes that match neither rule.

Ten levels add features to compare, compound rules joined with and, bigger fields, longer runs and fewer tries.
