Win Scribe is about reading a rule you were never told.
Every shape carries a few features: its outline, how many copies of it you see, its tone, and small badges on top. A rule picks one of those features and a value for it, and from the fifth level it can pick two and join them with and. The screen never names the rule. It shows a ticked shape that obeys it and a crossed shape that does not.
The crossed example is built from the ticked one by changing the rule's features and leaving everything else alone. So counting the differences tells you the shape of the rule: one difference is a single feature, two differences are two features bound by and. The ticked example tells you which values to look for.
Tap the shapes below that fit. A run of correct taps takes the round; a wrong tap costs a try, wipes the run and puts the board back the way it started. The field always holds enough matches to finish a run and at least two shapes that do not match, so a careful read is always enough.
Ten levels add features to compare, more shapes to sift, longer runs and fewer tries.
