glitchy... at least Android version... widget was my main purpose for downloading app but following occurs... often -often the widget takes a long time to retrieve the information from the app when you first install. like a day -widget data doesn't update unless you click on it to enter the app -If you create a stack and use the widget for More than one location, one of the locations will be fine when you first load but later on lose its association and requires widget to be re-added

I love this app and depend on it for work and for play as I am a wind junkie. I like to sail, kite board, kite surf and wing foil. When the wind is up, I want to be on the water either playing or teaching. The first thing I do in the morning is check the current wind and the forecast at ikitesurf. I book or cancel lessens according to these readings. All throughout the day I check the conditions, even at the beach. For the last 20 years I have been using every imaginable forecast and I check them for accuracy against the current conditions. Ikitesurf is the most accurate, period. When you call my shop to ask about the wind, I'm going to be giving you readings from Ikitesurf. If you need to know about the wind anywhere in the world, there is no need to search who to call for the wind report, just download this app! You need to be at the beach when the wind is up! I'l see you on the water.

iKitesurf keep ignoring customer requests. Asked them to return back feature which was available and then removed (add ability to trigger off the missleading nearcast wind model from live wind map and show real sensor readings as it was a year ago). Within the year I submitted several tickets regarding it, they said they will look into it... Year later it all the same - map showing some ridiculous, made up "Nearcast" values instead of real wind readings... Super unhappy last year.
