Set your alarm. Pick your challenge. When it goes off, you have to actually do something to make it stop — and the alarm doesn't quit until you finish.

Choose your wake-up:
- Push-ups — camera counts every rep automatically
- Squats — same deal, no faking the form
- Object hunt — find items around your house to dismiss the alarm
- Touch grass — get outside to silence it
- Math games — solve problems while your brain is still booting
- Make your bed — the camera verifies it's done

How it works:
- Set an alarm like normal
- Choose your challenge and difficulty
- When the alarm fires, complete it to dismiss
- Hit your goal — alarm off. You're up. Go be a person.
