Ratings and reviews

The app is absolutely horrendous, going through the verification process you have to upload various photos but there is some arbitrary zoom value set that you can't zoom out further so your profile picture is half a face. Several broken links or you have to load the page more than once. I was excited to try out the service but I gave up because it was such a poor experience to get it set up.

I was introduced to the winwinx app on my pixel 7 pro. I believe the desktop website is a better experience. Nonetheless seems to be going smooth and I was able to get an item I really wanted for cheaper than buying in store full price with reasonable payments and shipping. If used correctly I'd continue shopping this way.

This is a nice app, and it has some good products. But the fee? Seriously, a $66 fee with a $22 processing fee? That's ridiculous. I've never seen a BNPL charge this much. It's usually a basic $5 fee and no processing fees. This company needs to change there as there's no good enough excuse for this. It makes a down-payment a lot more than it should be.
