Ratings and reviews

Do not use the Express ACH transfer. It says you'll get it the same day, you won't. They charge $3 and it takes longer than the standard ACH transfer to hit my account. Now coming back to add in that I've had $10 disappear from my account with no transaction showing it. The app says the correct amount, but when calling the number they say I have $10 less and won't let me make any purchases.

I have trouble logging into this app more often than not. Biometrics just doesn't work. There's often some system error after using my password. Sometimes, after using my password, I get prompted for two factor authentication, but the phone number on file is extremely old (10+ years), and I've never been able to update it. the only way to access my balance is to call the help number.

Worst card, ever. I only have it because of CSL Plasma. Anytime I try to make a purchase through Steam, X-Box, or Playstation, it gets declined even though there's more than enough funds. Called to complain about this issue, and was able to make a single $7 purchase on Steam. After that, it's back to being constantly declined again. Now, I just pull everything I can off at an ATM and dump it into make bank account. Oh, and the app to check your balance doesn't work half the time.
