Wite Collar provides an interactive platform that links your desired level of success to mentors who can help you attain it. Our primary focus is to match you to a team of trusted and vetted advisors that can give you tailored advice and guidance, putting you on a more straightforward path to success. The virtual Mentorship provided on our mobile app will be subscription-based. Mentees can sign up with us, answer a few onboarding questions to help us better serve their Mentorship needs, be matched to a mentor who fits this profile, and receive the mentorship through the app for convenience. We are the "Match.com for mentorship!” Our app makes mentorship more accessible, affordable, and applicable. There is a great need for Mentorship and we're utilizing technology to allow us to reach the masses. The pandemic created a job-force deficit because of an entrepreneurial boom and Mentorship can provide a road map to those looking to start a new venture or grow their business.

We know that there are online platforms that make finding a mentor possible. There are also AI models (LLM) that can provide a pseudo mentorship experience through artificial intelligence. However, there is currently no mobile application that offers an enhanced and focused mentorship experience, including matching and virtual sessions through an app. Our mobile app uses an algorithm to match potential mentees with mentors. The mentee can then personally select a mentor from the recommended matches provided through the application algorithm.

Wite Collar’s vision is to build a community that promotes growth and prosperity...that can potentially evolve into an "ecosystem" focused on group economics. An interactive platform that links you to Skillpreneurs; entrepreneurs with various skillsets to show you how you can learn and monetize that skillset. A community where a Mentor who may be a hidden gem can cultivate his/her own "tribe" and redefine what a hero may look like. Our app is an open access platform, meaning anyone can join to be a Mentor or Mentee and they have the flexibility to join as both. With our newer, fresher, reimagined approach to Mentorship, we believe we can impact the lives of many that are in under-resourced communities and lack professional connections.
