Went to change my due date in app, which was easy and recommended by them. At no point did they disclose that doing this would result in my account being in default. They sent a letter stating I was past due, EVEN THOUGH WE CHANGED THE DUE DATE. Then they denied I was in default, though the letter stated I was. realistically, they will help you get funds if you truly need it for your pet. but know that they are very shady and I would avoid them at all possible cost.

love everything about this app. they were very easy to deal with, really accommodating to my specific needs, never had any issues. I highly would recommend!!

So tried to get a loan through Cherry to help my roommate get emergency dental work done. Somehow when the dentist office sent the application info to me Cherry blended my roommate's and my information. It kept saying that my phone number was wrong, but when I called support they kept trying to send a link for me to update my phone number TO THE WRONG NUMBER. I kept having to call back. Then they asked if I wanted to talk to a support person then said they were closed and hung up.
