Went to change my due date in app, which was easy and recommended by them. At no point did they disclose that doing this would result in my account being in default. They sent a letter stating I was past due, EVEN THOUGH WE CHANGED THE DUE DATE. Then they denied I was in default, though the letter stated I was. realistically, they will help you get funds if you truly need it for your pet. but know that they are very shady and I would avoid them at all possible cost.

I can't log into the app and have tried SEVERAL times to enter the codes- generating new ones and still can't. The app simply takes me back to the beginning page and asks me to do it all over again. Iworkshop user this is i didn't have to, but can we please make it less buggy? At current it's unusable and takes up space that i can use for anything else

Update: After my previous review, a customer service representative reached out to me to fix my issue. I was having an issue changing my payment method for autopay, wasn't working. Was told it's a current issue they are working on correcting. The important thing is, they took the time to make it right.
