The site is very laggy. we had a lot of issues with invites as well. The site says undeliverable for emails that are verified. It wouldn't send until the fifth or sixth time. Then magically it worked. Customer service was adamant that it was an email server issue but it clearly was not. They continually placed blame on us. Also, items and gifts are marked at a higher price than they normally would be on the site. when I contacted customer service, they just blamed me for everything.

I like the app itself and the features it offers but it is extremely slow. especially with the registry for some reason. it usually takes multiple tries for me to open it with tons of lagging and waiting. I also hate that I have to hide my registry in Amazon when some prefer to buy there. and if they do, Joy doesn't update so I have to constantly check it and update myself. also my website always shows differently on my preview in the app than it does when I go to my browser and open it.

7/28/2025 I just downloaded the app 2 days ago. it really doesnt load on my android and im super confused. regardless of wifi or data or where/how I connect. I found that going and doing this from the website itself is easier than the app. the app just won't load and I get taken to blank screens and no amount of waiting makes it load. maybe it's a bug and I just downloaded it at a bad time. I hope it starts to work soon and I can change my review.
