I like this app a lot compared to others! I prefer the desktop site most but grateful to have access on the app when I'm not home. The interfacing could be a little more user friendly. It's great if you take the time to learn but isn't always self explanatory. Lots of clicking and guessing and forgetting where things are Id love to see: -In the guest section, I'd love the option to delete extra tags for guests. There are so many and it clogs up the list -Floor plan & guest table assigning tool

Joy has been extremely helpful and relatively easy to use and navigate once spending enough time learning and discovering different funtionalities. My fiance and I really enjoy how customizable the site is with designs and features. We're really happy with what we created together and excited being able to share the site and important information with our guests. The incorporated guest list and ability to send and track invitations and responses is very helpful. Overall would recommend 👍🏼

Terrible customer service. Tried to write a whole explanation but google is giving me a character limit so long story short: they booked a hotel block for us but actually didn't. Called the hotel and they had no information. Can't get a straight answer from withjoy. Been emailing with them for 2 weeks and have been passed between multiple people with no answers. Wouldn't ever recommend the site to anyone.
