The site is very laggy. we had a lot of issues with invites as well. The site says undeliverable for emails that are verified. It wouldn't send until the fifth or sixth time. Then magically it worked. Customer service was adamant that it was an email server issue but it clearly was not. They continually placed blame on us. Also, items and gifts are marked at a higher price than they normally would be on the site. when I contacted customer service, they just blamed me for everything.

I like the app itself and the features it offers but it is extremely slow. especially with the registry for some reason. it usually takes multiple tries for me to open it with tons of lagging and waiting. I also hate that I have to hide my registry in Amazon when some prefer to buy there. and if they do, Joy doesn't update so I have to constantly check it and update myself. also my website always shows differently on my preview in the app than it does when I go to my browser and open it.

This is genuinely the worst app I've ever had the misfortune of using. Every feature is truly awful. I will never recommend WithJoy to anyone and I hope this company deletes this and starts over. I don't think I'll ever get some of the items purchased for us on our registry unless I reach out to the AI chat bot who then refers me to a representative that takes 2 days to reply every time. What a mistake. Also, no your phone isn't glitching - the app is just that slow. Just fire the whole team.
