RepLock is an app blocker with teeth. Pick the apps that eat your day (social media, short videos, games, whatever pulls you in) and they lock every night at midnight. They open again the moment you finish your daily workout. Ten pushups. Fifteen squats. Your camera counts every rep, right on your phone.
Screen time limits have a snooze button. RepLock has pushups.
HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your daily moves and set the numbers. Start small: 10 pushups is enough.
• Choose the apps or whole categories to lock. RepLock suggests the time sinks on your phone and checks with you before you lock essentials like maps, messages or payment apps.
• Every night at midnight they lock. Prop your phone on the floor, do your reps, and everything opens until midnight.
YOUR CAMERA COUNTS THE REPS
RepLock tracks your joints with on-device pose detection. A rep only counts when you go all the way down and all the way back up. Half reps don't count. The count is huge and read out loud, so you can see it from across the room.
WARM UP, COOL DOWN
A one-minute guided warm-up before your workout and a stretch afterwards, picked for the moves you chose. Follow the animation, or skip it.
10 MOVES
Pushups, squats, sit-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, plank, burpees, high knees, glute bridges and wall sits. Plank and wall sit are timed and only count while your form holds.
NO FREE SKIPS
There's no snooze. You choose what skipping a day costs, from $0.99 to $19.99, while you're calm and motivated. Raise it any time; lowering it waits until tomorrow. Most days, the pushups win.
LOCKDOWN
While you're locked, RepLock blocks the screens that would uninstall it or turn it off. Tomorrow's you will thank you.

HOW REPLOCK USES ACCESSIBILITY
RepLock uses Android's Accessibility Service to see which app is opening, so it can cover the apps you chose with its lock screen until your moves are done. With Lockdown on, it also checks for the Settings screens that would uninstall or turn off RepLock while you're locked. It doesn't read, store or send anything you type or see.
