About this app

CodeWiZ is an offline resuscitation companion that supports teams managing emergencies and clinicians training for them. It is based on resuscitation algorithms and runs entirely on your device, with no internet connection required.

Real-time arrest tracker:
- A running session timer with CPR cycle and rhythm-analysis countdowns.
- Drug-interval reminders so adrenaline and other timed interventions are not missed.
- Shock and rhythm logging, with shockable and non-shockable pathways.
- Quick-log buttons for common events, building a time-stamped record of the resuscitation.
- A post-ROSC checklist to guide care after return of spontaneous circulation.
- Saved session history you can review afterwards.

Algorithms covered include adult cardiac arrest, basic life support, the newborn, anaphylaxis, choking, bradycardia, tachycardia, trauma, post-ROSC care and the obstructed/poisoned patient.

Weight-based drug calculator:
- Doses calculated from patient weight for the relevant algorithm and patient group, with milligram and millilitre figures.

Quiz:
- A bank of algorithm, reference and scenario questions with explanations, organised by topic and difficulty, with progress tracking.

CodeWiZ works completely offline; your session records stay on your device.
