If you do not cancel before the end of your trial period, your subscription will renew automatically and your Google Play account will be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes within 24-hours prior to the end of your trial period. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically each month and you will be charged 24-hours prior to the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if applicable, will be forfeited when you change your subscription.

Player is terribly designed. I bought a subscription because i wanted access to Red Handed ad free and Short Hand. Im finding the app super annoying to use. Its constantly replaying episodes ive already listened to, showing episodes ive finished as partially listened to and just generally is not user friendly in any way. It won't let me easily mark a group of episodes as played, have to go into each episode individually and into a special screen to do this. Very annoying. Hate this app.

I love having the Wondery+ app. No commercials! Fresh new content all the time. Great job people! It is now two years since I started using this and the quality has gone downhill ever since. I'm very disappointed in the lag between selecting something and it used to be flawless. Not So much anymore. I had to reduce my Star level to 3 from 5. There should be a notification for each of my programs when a new episode has been added. I always have to go searching for what's new. Very frustrating.

Customers, If you have an android don't even download. Paid for Wondery+ and crashes more often than it plays a full episode! AND there are still ads. Do. Not. Purchase. +. Try Spotify would be my suggestion. Wondery, I have contacted support with no response and I have the most updated software version on my phone as well as the updated app. It is not the customer with this many people saying it crashes. Other podcast players also run in the background and I have NEVER had another one crash.
