This bank has been awful. Local branch is frequently closed when it's supposed to be open, or open but they can't do anything when you go (what's even the point of being open then??) and now, the app and even the website won't allow me to log in an see my account balances or transactions. The last deposit I made in my local branch didn't even show up in my account and I had to call them to figure out why after I'd gotten home and tried to pay a bill and it kept rejecting it. Worst bank ever.

Very outdated bank and app. I've been charged hundreds if not thousands in fees because they have no alert system. Other than an email that goes out whenever your overdraft goes over a certain number, which is always days after the first. The mobile deposit has NEVER worked on my phone, ever. no matter home many times I've updated it. I think I'll be closing my accounts.

The online banking conveniences pales in comparison to other banks. For one thing, if you make a mobile deposit, the image doesn't get scanned into the bank, it looks like a photo. The bank rejected my last deposit because it looked blurry, I could clearly read it on the bank app. They claimed it was missing the corners. (I held my camera above the check and the table beneath was visible too! ) Customer service is not friendly. She encouraged me to go to another bank.
