After opening account, which was 15$, just after a month someone tried to make a payment from my account and it got frozen. I don't trust the bank anymore, didn't want to transfer more money to it. Got still charged the monthly fee and can only get a refund by visiting branch. Also have money in the account, but can't transfer it out. Im traveling, so I can't visit the branch to take care of the situation. Can't take care of it in months, so a monthly fee will be taken again, again and loose

I like the app, BUT, I wish it was available for my Lenovo Tablet. My only other gripe is that every time I open the app I have to collapse the keyboard to get to the biometric login tab. Other wise the app does what I need it to do. Also, I have banked with most of the major banks, BUT Woodforest has been, by far, the best bank I've ever dealt with and it all begins with their counter staff.

Can't even make a mobile deposit. You email them and they tell ya to go to a branch and talk to them, the whole reason for wanting to make a mobile deposit is because I don't want to GO TO A LOCAL BRANCH! This is ridiculous, my closest branch is a hour drive 1 way, thats why I was using mobile deposit. Then when you call customer service they give you the run around and day oh try again in a hour, or that there's nothing wrong and I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for calling me STUPID! FIX IT!
