I have been with Woodforest for two decades now and love the people at my local branch. I love the app for the most part. However, here recently I no longer have the option to log in with biometrics. It would be one thing if the app stored my password, but it doesn't (Understandably so). I'd like to be able to login with the touch of a finger as was previously possible. The app is up to date so idk why it's no longer an option.

I have had this app for a very long time and never had issues until the last few months. Over the last few months I have had to uninstall and reinstall at least 25 times. it keeps telling me that my region is not supported and cant log in.. I'm in my home!! this is very frustrating and nothing fixes it.. after a few days it just starts working again

hey guys, I'm gonna put this in one star for the people who are looking to see if others are having this issue. A lot of Samsung S24 users are having issues where the app crashes whenever you take a photo of your check. I've gotten it to work twice if you clear the cache for your camera app in settings. It seems to be a problem with the camera over Woodforest. I could totally be wrong, but it worked for me! Hope this helps.
