About this app

Improve your results in the gym by using the Korte 3x3 program, the plan used by some of the strongest German powerlifters. If your goals include increasing your strength and size then this is the app for you.

The 3x3 system is an eight week training cycle that consists of two phases. Phase I is a high volume phase, while Phase II is the competition phase. This unique training plan will improve your bench press, squat and deadlift every cycle.

This app will plan each session for you based on your current one rep maxes for each lift. Your progress through each cycle will be tracked and completed cycles are saved so you can see your strength gains over time.
