The Coan Phillipi program, one of the most popular deadlift routines of all time, is for you if you are looking to significantly improve your deadlift. The program uses a combination of heavy and speed work to maximise your progress.

This app will plan out every session of the 10 week program for you. Start by entering your current deadlift one rep max and your estimated max at the end of the program. It is recommended to predict a 20lb - 40lb (9kg - 18kg) increase for your first cycle. This app will generate every session for you and allow you to track your progress through each cycle. For powerlifters, and anyone looking to increase their strength and size, this is a tried and tested route to success.
