Ratings and reviews

WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

لا أنصح به اكثر من اسبوع لم يتم تاكيد المستندات الهوية . غير مقبول @@I do not recommend it for more than a week if the identity documents are not confirmed. Not acceptable. @@Je ne le recommande pas pour plus d'une semaine si les documents d'identité ne sont pas vérifiés. C'est inacceptable.

Very bad app, i send money to top up my account and the payment took too long to be validated, after that I can't even login to my account ! their support doesn't respond !
