WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

A very disappointing experience with this app. It repeatedly asks the same questions and requests documents over and over without any progress. The process is inefficient and gives a clear impression of discrimination. I do not recommend it at all — a completely failed company by all standards

this is more than three months now l'm still waiting for World first account verification, meanwhile there said it will take only five working days, but now it's more than three months what is going on?
