Horrible app. Terribly optimized, impossible to find out where you need to go to access things, such as join a league as a referee. Payment screen is horrible. You add your bank account information and then it disappears, impossible to tell if its actually there, because if it isnt you don't get paid. This app needs a ton of work and its a shame that its starting to be used for Referee assigning when amazing options exist such as Arbiter and Assignr.

There are far too many technical bugs, inefficiencies and issues to mention here. Just know that if your organization unwisely chooses to use this app for assignments, they are doing you a huge disservice. Furthermore, when you contact technical support, they will send you some verbose message explaining the entire process while failing to solve your specific issue and then proceed to ignore you from that point on.

Not user-friendly / intuitive. Makes you give biometric information to a foreign-based company in order to get paid. Report writing design makes you drill down to find required information when it should be up front. Displayed game times automatically change for different time zones, but don't display the actual local game time. All-in-all, this app makes life more difficult as a referee.
