Hard to navigate the app due to the new layout style of the app. On the old app, budgeting was shown as a pie chart which was very easy to understand. With this new app, not only are there no visual ways to view my monthly spending, it also counts transferring money around my own accounts as a "purchase." I previously rated this 1 star because it labeled all my transactions as "Digital Withdrawal," but now the app names where my transactions have been spent. Hopefully there will be more updates

This version of the app will auto populate charges with made-up names and inserts incorrect location data. It will make you think you have fraudulent charges because the information is wrong before you receive your real statement. This feels like a lot of AI nonsense and is definitely the worst iteration of the app, which I have always said was one of the strongest things wsecu has over other financial institutions.

Doesn't have the same explicit detail as the previous app. that was one thing I appreciated is, I always had a visual depiction of when my bill was due And when I paid it. this, three new one is not that clear. it shows when I paid it.But it does not show the due date and I like to stay a month ahead. But it has always kept me up to date and ahead on my bills because of that. i really liked the explicit detail and operational simplicity of the old app.
