the old app was great. this one looks nice but other features are now gone. it used to give you the total of all your accounts at the bottom of the accounts page, but no longer, you only get the total of each account individually. Also, you used to be able to tell your CD accounts which account to deposit into when it matured or to roll over or even switch it later whenever you wanted. That feature is gone. update:mobile deposit barely functional. have to retake pics many times. Just gets worse

Since the new app, can't pay credit card balance via external transfer. Can't pay above minimum monthly amount when paying via debit card (so it builds interest.) Can't even transfer the money to checkings/savings in order to transfer and pay the balance off. Also can't pay via desktop site. I have used WSECU for my main banking for over 10 years, but I will be looking for a new credit union expeditiously, and I would be surprised if I'm the only one

I'm extremely disappointed. You had a fully functioning and well built app, and decided to decided to scrap it for this? Half of the time the app simply fails to launch, and if I'm lucky enough to be graced with an opportunity to log into my account, it's another coin flip if that works! If by chance I can make it in, I'm greeted with an atrocious UI, with absolutely terrible navigation! Who in their right mind approved this? Your previous app had 4.3, and this one has 2.1 for good reason. 👎👎
