Can hardly open the app, let alone login, and then for people who can get logged in, it sounds like the app itself hardly functions by the sounds of others' review. This has been a known issue for months and is totally unacceptable. This isn't a phone game. This is access to paying my bills, buying groceries, investing in my future, etc.

the old app was great. this one looks nice but other features are now gone. it used to give you the total of all your accounts at the bottom of the accounts page, but no longer, you only get the total of each account individually. Also, you used to be able to tell your CD accounts which account to deposit into when it matured or to roll over or even switch it later whenever you wanted. That feature is gone. Now says update needed, none available in the Play Store. can't access at all now.

Hi Teresa. The total balance feature will be returning, so keep an eye out for that in future updates. For certificates, reach out to us so that we can assist you. While the layout is better, the mechanics of this app falls short. Trying to deposit a check? You can count on taking the photo several times before it saves, only for the app to be unable to read the photo. Then, an unknown error will occur rendering those ten minutes of your life wasted. Uninstall and reinstall the app to try again. This is a case study in how making things prettier without substance make ratings drop from 4.5 to 1.7. It's now saved under "useless" in my phone.
