While the layout is better, the mechanics of this app falls short. Trying to deposit a check? You can count on taking the photo several times before it saves, only for the app to be unable to read the photo. Then, an unknown error will occur rendering those ten minutes of your life wasted. Uninstall and reinstall the app to try again. This is a case study in how making things prettier without substance make ratings drop from 4.5 to 1.7. It's now saved under "useless" in my phone.

Ten days later same problems. Clearly they knew this wasn't working months ago and are still forcing their customers into this. Hard to use. Hard to read clearly. It won't let me do what I need. I've had to call customer service twice in three days. Useless upgrade for no known reason. Now instead of a password it is only a 4 digit code to access the app. It used to be what I needed, now I hate it.

I don't write reviews. But I have to write this as what was once a great app is now one of the biggest hurdles of my day. My finances are centered around using this app. I use it every single day prob 3-6 times a day. You did not need this overhaul. I now have no transaction notes capability. That is devastating to me. No jump bar to easily go between accounts now. And now the app wont save my check deposit pictures so I cant mobile deposit now. Terrible move WSECU.
