app was working fine until the last update now I can't connect to my girlfriend. I already sent 2 different feedbacks but the support just tells me how it should work even though I told them it doesn't. I get an error message and it crashes. She can still control the device herself but I can't which was the whole point of me buying it for her.

The toy I'm controlling is powerful, my fiance absolutely loves playing with me with this app, however the app doesn't seem to provide support for haptics. Neither the toy, or the app seem willing to give access to the toy through a normal Bluetooth connection, nor any information about which protocol they're using to connect the two. so using a third party program like intiface to gain haptic support is becoming quite the hassle. also seems to just push cam girls on you.

it is so buggy it is not even funny. I can't switch between pages. I can't create AI companion because it doesn't let me use any photo and it wouldn't go further without photo either. the phone bottom sort of like buttons are overpaying over the app buttons for switching between home page, community, chat and mine page. like I can't click on any on it because it just closes the up or whatever phone buttons do at the bottom rather than navigated the app itself. The connection is also super bad.
