You can't do store pickup through the app, only ship to home. If you order on the actual website instead of the app, your orders do not automatically show on the app which also means that you don't get your reward points a lot of the time without having to contact customer service. My store in my city doesn't have a specific phone number to call so I have to call customer service to get transferred and when doing so, the phone always hangs up.

Had this app for a month. It wouldn't let me make an account(for a month). It kept saying try again later(for amonth!). It wouldn't let me enter through rewards with my phone number (for a month!!!) even though i am a reward member!!! So annoying, just uninstalled. No point to have a app that you have to check in as a guest. Might as well go to website!

SUCKS! What use is an app when shopping online, your orders don't even show up on the app. Which means you can't track your orders on the app. You have to do it through their actual website. Which means you have to sign on each and every time you check status on your order. You have to remember the long order number. Can't copy and paste it. APP IS USELESS IN MY OPINION
