Couldn't even sign in after typing my email and password. Should get 0 stars... (Update) Since this review I have had 1 day of function from the app. No amount of cache clearing, permission editing, redownloading, etc. has made a difference. I've tried all the normal routine fixes and nothing helps. I don't even bother with the app anymore. I just climb into my attic and use a monitor to check any footage...

Hello, we suggest clearing the app cache and check on the application permissions within the mobile device settings, ensure that all permissions are enabled. once, you have checked these settings, force close the application and relaunch the Application.

There was never a problem with display size and now all of a sudden thetes a problem!! I have had this app for a while on my phone and never had a problem on my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultrawith display size now all of a sudden I get a pop up and the screen is flashing &it says that Night owl doesn't support display size! I have it set2 the lowest display size& theres STILL an issue! Night Owl has more problems than any camera I have used!1 more week& im dumping this trash company into dumpster! Bye

Horrible! Just bought this system but am going to take it back because the app is so awful. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It tells me the device is already set up but I can't access it. My husband is getting dinged for motion sensor but can't access live feed.
