Ratings and reviews

After figuring out how to relog in the last few days it won't work. Notifications never work. The app worked for about a month. Now, it has kicked us off and we keep trying to set it up choosing the dvr choice. We try scanning the QR code. Nothing works!!!! Part of the convenience is being able to check them when away from home. When they do work, they are clear. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Absolute garbage! I will not buy Night Owl again, the app is super buggy, barely any useful features, what it has doesn't work. Have to log off/on every few days because it says i have no devices connected. Videos load crazy slow even on fast connection. Option to download video doesn't help in app, you have to search your phone for it elsewhere. Can't make any changes to camera settings from the app. 11/25 update. App it totally unusable, says "internal fault" and can't view cameras. Useless!

This app is atrocious. Notifications don't work on Android devices, event replays only work when they want to, app actually connects to the cameras and DVR maybe 50% of the time at best. I wasn't sure they could do any worse than the previous app but they certainly found a way. Unfortunate because I like the system, but it does me no good if I can't actually see the cameras or get alerts. I'll be tossing my system in the trash and moving back to Ring. Buyer beware.
