Just purchased and already having problems immediately. I can find the device in the app, but as soon as I confirm, it disappears. The purple light stays on showing connected although it will not show up in the app. can't do anything with it. called customer service and opened a ticket. Said I have to wait 3 days for someone to get back to me to help troubleshoot. might not wait that long to send it back.

Horrible app. It does not work. You connect via Bluetooth then it disconnects once in the water. The screen shots of the app shows there is a manual drive option, but it's not there in the actual app. Seems like a good robot but useless since you can't control it. It can only run in random pattern. Didn't pay $600 for a robot that kind of cleans. Also can't log into app. At sign in i put my email and I get the error "email cannot be blank"

Rarely Works. I have to connect it every time I want to clean my pool. But by the time it's done, it has disconnected and I have to lift it out the pool. So the raise bot tool is useless. Also, signing up is futile. Email errors on sign up and the verification link they eventually send you errors out. So it never registers. Other than that, it's awesome(sarcasm).
