Ratings and reviews

The Wyndham app is a basic tool allowing you to book and manage stays at all Wyndham properties. It also allows some management and review of your Wyndham Rewards account. Since I had nothing bad to report, you may be wondering why I rated just three stars...right? The answer is that three stars, on the 1 to 5 star scale is in the middle, indicating an average performance. This is approximately applied, because the app is an average tool. It meets my needs and my expectations, but doesn't exceed

Update.. Updated the app. again. Now it won't recognize my password. Seriously? I updated the app. You can't do anything in this app. What's the point in having or using it. From the minute I open it, I get "sorry something went wrong. Please try again later." I can't check points, i can't contact, i can't book, i can't do anything with in the app. If this is because I choose to use the location while using the app. Im NOT turning on 24-7 location. This app doesn't need to track my every move!

Reservation vanishes when you try and check in,you can't see what card was charged and this caused confusion at check-in at the hotel. App doesn't allow you to rate/ review the properties that you've stayed at. It shows Wyndham doesn't have much concern for those who represent their brand. Update: Now app is on an endless loop when I try to log in.
