To log in to Xero Me you must be granted permission by your employer. Access to Expenses requires a Xero Expenses subscription and access permission granted by your employer.

Check with your employer if you are having trouble logging in.

Note. You will only have access to mobile features your organisation has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).

- Capture cost as they happen: scan and submit expenses, company card and mileage claim, anytime, anywhere.
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from your photo receipt to auto fill the expense claim
- Track your mileage: use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster.
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go.
- With admin permissions, setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts.

Ratings and reviews

Works, but can't get the simple things right. Very difficult to enter a receipt that has different VAT receipts. When taking a picture of a receipt it always rotates it 90 degrees, so if you have a long receipt then resolution is awful.

A great little app for employees just a bit limited on functionality. Really needs the addition of filters in the completed tab. At present you can only filter by tag yet I cannot see how you even create a tag. Filter by spend date and submission/approved date would be really helpful. Filter by other fields could also be very useful. FYI when you click on send feedback within Profile, nothing happens! Likewise submitting a feature request on your website is a real mission. Hence this review!

absolutely disgusting, usless authentication that doent work. trying log in for hours, doing everything they say, doent work. stupid app, and usles service team. do not recommend. a week later it's still terrible. and I'm locked out again.
