To log in to Xero Me you must be granted permission by your employer. Access to Expenses requires a Xero Expenses subscription and access permission granted by your employer.

Check with your employer if you are having trouble logging in.

Note. You will only have access to mobile features your organisation has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).

Key features include:

- Capture cost as they happen: scan and submit expenses, company card and mileage claim, anytime, anywhere.
- Automatic receipt transcription: Details are scanned from your photo receipt to auto fill the expense claim
- Track your mileage: use the map in Xero Me or select from recent locations to accurately enter, track and submit mileage claims to get reimbursed faster.
- Submit expense claims in any currency: make it easier to keep track of actual costs and maintain accurate records
- With approver permissions, review and approve expense claims on the go.
- With admin permissions, setup receipt analysis, claim accounts, team roles and bank accounts.

Ratings and reviews

Can't use work emails for user login who have a personal email for their payslips. Can't set specific approvers for users. users shouldn't have to select who the approver is. Can't set approvers without making them pay admin & give them access to all payroll. seriously? Xero are years behind & it's not an app but a browser interface which takes you to the main xero page. looks awful as it doesn't go to a mobile layout, and you have to figure out how to go to your personal Xero.me part

Easy to use, however it would be handy to be able to pin your workplace location in 'tracking category' instead of having to scroll every time.

A great little app for employees just a bit limited on functionality. Really needs the addition of filters in the completed tab. At present you can only filter by tag yet I cannot see how you even create a tag. Filter by spend date and submission/approved date would be really helpful. Filter by other fields could also be very useful. FYI when you click on send feedback within Profile, nothing happens! Likewise submitting a feature request on your website is a real mission. Hence this review!
