Really hard work. Nothing is clear, nothing is explained to you when you get the app. Even adding a receipt as an expense takes ages, it's a nightmare when you have loads to do in one day. Also, the 6 month free trial period I was given with my business credit card doesn't work and they've charged me (ironically, have to spend ages in the app figuring out how to reconcile these transactions given how difficult the app is to use)

Their customer service is nonexistent and horrible. I have been called a number of times to upsell me but I can't get ahold of a live human at all.ive been being charged $90 a month and haven't used it at ALL!!! And to top it off they require 30 day notice....For what exactly??? oh you just want to squeeze another payment out. Unbelievable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No support, absolutely horrific software. Can't import account information. Can't reconcile. It literally can't do anything that Google spreadsheets can do? You have to manually input account balances (like Spreadsheet) and then manually input expenses. So, it's overpriced spreadsheet that has tricked a lot of people. Go to QBO, there you can track purchases right there, they auto generate. It keeps balances, you can pay bills. This app is useless. Don't be dumb and pay for a spreadsheet.
