Ratings and reviews

Really hard work. Nothing is clear, nothing is explained to you when you get the app. Even adding a receipt as an expense takes ages, it's a nightmare when you have loads to do in one day. Also, the 6 month free trial period I was given with my business credit card doesn't work and they've charged me (ironically, have to spend ages in the app figuring out how to reconcile these transactions given how difficult the app is to use)

Their customer service is nonexistent and horrible. I have been called a number of times to upsell me but I can't get ahold of a live human at all.ive been being charged $90 a month and haven't used it at ALL!!! And to top it off they require 30 day notice....For what exactly??? oh you just want to squeeze another payment out. Unbelievable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lacks all of the functionality of the website based version, meaning it's difficult to use at times. Also, it's recently started overlaying the Dashboard when trying to view Sales or Purchases, rendwring it almost unusable. To be honest, for the price we pay for Xero subscription, this app is very poor and needs some serious work to make it better.
