Unable to view my current requst for service. There is an input string message when the app is opened. Connected with support team and they told that it could be a technical glitch but no solution. Can someone please fix the issue ?

The service is useless like everyone in the review section I was scammed. There TV is very bad I bought the tv last year and last month it's display went blank and till this date it's just hanging in the wall like show piece and nothing else. We tried contacting every way possible they are just postponing the date and no progress whatsoever. Very bad experience.

Totally useless app. One has to type details again and again, but the app won't register any of it. Full of bugs. This type of trash is not expected from a company like mi, when they have such huge customer based in India.
