It is the worst app I have ever traded with. The withdrawal and deposit is not at all convenient. I deposited amount which is not reflecting in my trading account. When I asked for call back, there was no response till date. They keep saying on support to wait and wait and wait. There is no proper contact number.I don't know where my money is. It is a fraud app. I kept emailing on their support but no satisfactory response. And I know they will again reply to this review ' please contact email'

Closing the app under the guise of 'Temporary Scheduled Maintenance' during our live trades is completely unacceptable. We are often running in profit when this happens, but by the time your app opens again, we are facing heavy losses. Please either stop doing this altogether or at least provide a warning notification at least 5 minute before shutting down the app. @tradingpointgroup

I had deposited amount but it's not reflecting it's been three days.... it's been 5 days still no update this the response I got.. Regarding your missing deposit concern, currently, an investigation is in progress regarding this issue. Unfortunately, we do not have any fresh updates or advancements to share at this moment. We are dedicated to working tirelessly towards a resolution, and you can expect to receive an update as soon as we have one.
