This is a very useless app. I would say no one should download it because once you make a payment, they make your other payments get stuck. I have sent money 3 times from my bank. The money was deducted from my account, but I did not receive it in my XM wallet. It has been 2 months now. I have contacted the support team many times, but they do not respond properly. They keep repeating the same thing, asking me to submit proof. I have already submitted all the proof by email, but still no one is

Very bad experience with XM. It has been more than 2 months and I still have not received my withdrawal. Every time I contact support, they only give excuses and no proper solution. This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot process withdrawals on time, you should not be running this platform. I request others to be careful before using this app.

The XM360 Trading app is a total disaster and a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform. I deposited 8000rs via UPI on the 30th of March, and even though the money was deducted from my bank account, it was never credited to my XM account. It has been several days now, and my balance still shows zero. This is a massive red flag for any financial app. If they cannot handle a simple deposit, they cannot be trusted I am going complaint in cyber
