Went on a waitlist for a event that was sold out. a spot opened up and instead of notifying me they auto charged me. I went on the wait list about a month prior to the event and I got the ticket the week of. I can no longer go and requested a refund. they are refusing a refund?!?!? Excuse me but how the hell did that spot become available then?!?! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCUMBAGS

Was looking for app to view my purchased tickets on. This is not it apparently. Doesn't let me log in. When I click the link for an app on the ticket web page, it goes nowhere. Not sure what happened, I thought I remembered an app for my tickets on my last phone.

Excellent service & execution. Worked fine for our small project of only 75 tickets. I will use them again
