What's the point of having this app if it doesn't work? When I try to open the app, it gets stuck on the Xplor icon and won't go any further. I receive notifications about my child's day, yet when I click on the notification, it doesn't load. How am I going to pay for daycare when I can't even open the app? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. It still doesn't work. I've also checked my app permissions in my phone settings,and they all seem fine (samsung).Please fix this ASAP.

There's significant delay in getting notifications. I can see updates if I refresh but won't be notified about them until hours later.

This app is great, when it works. Love how everything is integrated from sign in and sign out, fees and payment and updates from educators. HOWEVER, nearly everyday I'm logged out then told no user found. Then, after closing and opening the app a few times I'm magically logged in again. Very frustrating, especially when you are trying to sign your child in/out. Please fix the login bugs and it'll be 5 stars
