Ratings and reviews

App works ok, have to do a lot of clicks to get to notifications which has the updates on my kid then have to click all the way back to the home page (no short cuts) to be able to sign out at pick up. You would think these would be easily assessable? Biggest issue is the broken reports, when our daycare contacted the support team they were hopeless. Effectively the reports should show all transactions in and out to equal the running balance. Mine did not equal.

Parents are unable to upload photos and if you can you can only upload one photo. Apps has crashed a couple of times. notifications are one but do not receive any notifications. customer service does not exist. I have tried phone calls and online support requests with no reply.

Easy check-in and check-out, account finances and for casual booking requests compared to storypark. Harder to find historical posts though. I absolutely hate that this app is in constant dark mode. If it's too advanced to have a switch in the app just make it light. Everyone has toggles to make all or certain apps dark mode in their phones anyway.
