Please note, to login to Home your child must be attending a centre with an active Xplor, QikKids, or Discover subscription.

Ratings and reviews

Since the recent update the push notifications are delayed several hours. Each time I open the app it seems to take anywhere from 3-8 seconds to load. This delay also happens when navigating between the menu options on the bottom. I also experience intermittent issues where I am logged out ofy account and cannot sign back in again.

Last update completely broke the app. After logging in the app refuses to load, requiring a full reinstall before I can even log in again (after which it locks up again). I get notifications, but I can't open them since the app won't load. I am missing out on pictures of my children in daycare that I cannot access, nor can I log my children in or receive notifications about upcoming events. I'm told the iOS version still works. Doesn't help me one bit.

Considering this is an app designed for parents with children, the reliability is extremely disappointing. Not only am I constantly getting logged out, but get stuck on the loading screen for longer than it takes me to drop off & pick up my child. The other functions in the app could be amazing, but without being able to login seamlessly and perform a basic function, the rest doesn't really matter. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but it doesn't make a difference . Very annoying.
