Truly a terrible customer service experience. No answer to emails. on hold for 38 mins before the call just gets automatically terminated. The support centre is hopeless and directs you to a Facebook group that doesn't exist. absolutely hopeless company and app.

1. Booking doesn't work. 2. Can't update my own information. 3. No way to delete account through the app 4. Look at their website, even that is full of broken links.

The app doesn't work at all. I contacted the support several times, but deleting data and reinstalling the app is not helping!! I've done it several times already. The centre is also helpless, they don't know why the app stopped working. to sign in, you have to go to the office and explain over and over again your situation and ask them to sign you in manually. So it's like a closed circle now.
