App does not work on my Samsung Galaxy A32. After going back and forth with their customer service, they finally said that the app is not compatible with some Android devices and that an update at the end of the month (January 2026) should fix it. Well, it's past the end of the month and no update and I have an unusable scan tool.

So far, the tool itself works great. It shows kilometers even though I adjusted the settings. The main issue is that it won't email the report. I've tried multiple times with no luck. 5/15/2025 - still working fine. But the latest update stretched the screen out so it no longer fits within the phone screen. I'm not sure why they did that

Let down...AGAIN... I originally bought an Xtool a year ago...The tool worked perfectly at first...then I put it up and didn't use it for a month or so..Went to use it the next time and it was dead and would not charge at all.. I contacted Xtool and they sent me a brand new upgraded unit..It was the wireless Bluetooth model... Again, it worked perfectly at first...Then I I went to use it today and it won't link to my car or any other vechicle I have..Says it can't connect to that model.. SMH.
