Do not use this app. On step 1 it will ask you for money. More than 90% profiles I encountered are fakes and managed by matrimonial agencies. They will arrange for phone call with a perspective then ask for more money. The whole system is a scam. There is no resolution on customer service. Even after reporting profiles they are still active. The customer service just would not acknowledge. They eill keep marking your complaints as resolved with out resolution or kewp disconnecting the calls.

Due to lockdown period I haven't received any response from many users, for my premium pack I can view 80 contacts. But I only viewed 30 contacts that too 27 contact on last two days. I have raised a concern to extent my validity for few days. But customer care says no option like that, I have called many times still I haven't received that offer.

The blocked and ignored profiles don't get removed and so there is a lot of confusion. You have to search through whole lot of/ thousands of profiles to search the relevant ones. Total waste of time. It is not my headache to keep writing here and there. I am least interested. There are other much better apps.
