Will not let me open the app, I have opened it and it just stays at the opening screen, it won't even let me get started.

Cannot open app. Unistalled, restarted phone reinstalled. It will not open. Reads 63% in top right corner.

I can't open the app and I was looking forward to it. But I'm quite disappointed. But I hope it can be sorted.
