About this app

Yarai scores skincare ingredients by how much is in the formula, not just whether they appear. It reads any label with no barcode, estimates each ingredient's rough concentration from INCI list position, and analyzes your entire routine for graded conflicts with severity reasoning.
Trace amounts and active doses are judged differently, the way cosmetic chemistry actually works. Thresholds follow EU regulation (CosIng).
Yarai was built for the moment you're standing in front of your shelf wondering if any of it is actually working.
SCAN ANY PRODUCT IN SECONDS:

Point your camera at the ingredient label. No barcode needed, so it works on indie, overseas, and brand-new products other apps can't find.
Yarai reads the full ingredient list and tells you what's in it.
Works on skincare, haircare, and cosmetics.

UNDERSTAND THE SCORE:

Every product gets a 0–100 score based on its ingredients, their estimated concentrations, and the evidence behind them.
See exactly which ingredients affected the score, and why.
Context-aware for your situation: pregnancy, acne-prone, sensitive, and more.

SEE HOW YOUR PRODUCTS INTERACT:

Some ingredients reduce each other's effectiveness. Others can irritate when layered.
Yarai checks your whole routine and grades interactions by severity, from "space these out" to "don't combine," with the reasoning for each.
Your shelf works as one system instead of fighting itself.

BUILD A ROUTINE THAT MAKES SENSE:

Add your products and Yarai builds an AM/PM routine around your skin type and concerns.
Know what to apply, when, and why.

INDEPENDENT BY DESIGN:

Scores come from ingredient research and EU/FDA regulatory data, never from brand relationships. No brand can pay to change a score.
