First, they sent me 6 extra watches I didn't ask for, so as soon as they came in, I "returned ro sender". They sent 2 others but neither will charge. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? When I plug the watch into the USB port, it lights up, but when I unplug it later thinking it's charged, it didn't even begin to charge. It's really disappointing because the little time I wore it, they worked great--bp and heart rate registered close to right! But can't use either!

Hard to connect watch to app, hard to put in my info in US terms instead of metric. Has not recorded my sleep, which is the primary reason I wear smartwatches. Refuses to keep me logged in. I don't know who gave the object high ratings, but wrong. One of the worst. Not happy at all. I will shop more, as this is not what it stated it was. I know this is just the app for the vital fit tracker watch, so will say the watch is worse than the app, and they don't want you to return it.

This app with the watch worked most if the time until a couple months ago. Restarting phone. Uninstalling/re-instaling app, Bluetooth off then on etc etc all do NOT fix the issues. It was hit or miss since day 1 with recording sleep data. Now it does absolutely nothing and won't link to the watch for more than a few minutes. Utter garbage.
