This company’s billing practices are deceptive. The service was advertised as “$20/month,” but I later discovered through my banking app that they charged my card $240 upfront for a full year. There was absolutely no clear warning or obvious disclosure before payment. If the real amount had been shown clearly, I would never have subscribed. Support was useless and refused to properly fix the issue. Be extremely careful with this app.

This app is profiting off of fine print advertising. You have to go through a 10-step process before finally getting a price because it's advertised as 'free' everywhere - but nothing is free in 2023. Finally, I get to the price consult page, and I see they have big bold print stating "$20 a month (billed annually) or $25 a month (billed quarterly)" You're either paying $240 or $75. I am upset at the deception being used, and I am glad I read the reviews before I put in my card information.

Nothing on here is free unlike what is advertised. It cost at least $20 a month. They are not 100% transparent about this at all whatsoever. The only time you are showed that a payment is needed is once you go through the process of setting up an account and then they make you download the app and then once you try to schedule an appointment, they show you that this isn't free as advertising. This smells like a business complaint that I need to make. Do better. Stop lying to vulnerable people.
