They will not return your money & give you the run around. I had cash in my account (not yet invested) and decided to have it returned, I've contacted customer service multiple times, getting replies that aren't relevant, like "we can't offer you banking services at this time." They took the money, but won't give it back, been over 2 weeks since they said it was supposed to be returned. **UPDATE** took over 3 weeks finally got my money back, but was short changed.

Ugh, so I can't get past the identity verification process. After I upload my documents and submit the last photo of my ID it routes me back to the login page. Extremely frustrating, obviously to actually review the app I'd have to be able to log in to the app. Hopefully they fix soon.

Cannot get past ID upload. Took like 30 different pictures at different distances, but no matter what it always says it's not good enough, despite everything being legible and inside the frame. Note: the Frame shown for picture taking is DIFFERENT than the frame they show as being submitted. If you tightly fit the ID in the frame, it'll show you a photo after that has the bottom of your ID clearly cut off and 2 inches of empty space above your ID. They need their Software Dev QA to relook this
