The app is embarrassing. I'm a three-year season ticket member and know how to use apps, and it keeps getting more bugs. I can't even log into the app anymore. It's not reliable for getting into games. They seem to have changed how tickets are accessed, but they keep the old non-functional icons available just to confuse you. Crew, MLS, Ticketmaster? Do better. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the bugs just get worse.

I've never been able to get this thing to work. I get a notice that is collects certain information, and I click okay, then continue and up pops the notification again. This is an app for three time MLS cup Champion. Please do better or just pull the thing.

App is highly buggy. When clicking on tickets icon in upper right hand corner an X icon pops up in lower left-hand corner. Nothing happens after. When clicking through center ticket icon and the download asked to log in. No login displays prompt displays.
