The app is embarrassing. I'm a three-year season ticket member and know how to use apps, and it keeps getting more bugs. I can't even log into the app anymore. It's not reliable for getting into games. They seem to have changed how tickets are accessed, but they keep the old non-functional icons available just to confuse you. Crew, MLS, Ticketmaster? Do better. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the bugs just get worse.

App is hot garbage. Every time I go to use the app it makes me log in and 75% of the time I get an error when trying to log in. Considering this is the only way I can get to my tickets to get in to the event it would be nice if the app would actually work to let me get my tickets. No trouble logging into the website so it's not a password issue

The app is terrible and inconsistent. The account link to ticketmaster is unstable. here we are 2025 and still linking to ticketmaster to access tickets doesnt work consistently. unless you add to a wallet, you may not be able to access day of game. 4 years between reviews. same issue.
