About this app

YouGov’s official app puts the power of participation in your hands, wherever you go. Earn points, answer interesting surveys and claim rewards all within the app!

Ratings and reviews

I have had this app for a long time and up until recently it was 5 star. Reward points add up quickly. I noticed at least once I didn't get points I earned. Reached out to customer service, received a "we'll look into it" email. Later get an email I was credited. I checked points balance it didn’t change, nor did points history. Took a few surveys yesterday same thing happened. contacted customer service still waiting for reply. Going to convert points I have and uninstall if same thing occurs.

Been a member for several years now. The point pay out selection is great! They now offer a lot more variety with the reward options. The genre of survey topics vary as well so you aren't being asked the same thing over & over...unless it's election season. Overall, I enjoy taking the surveys. it's even cooler (yep, cooler) when you hear the results from a survey you took on the news.

I used to like this app, but i'm getting increasingly annoyed at the constant notifications to enable accessibility for Pulse! It's enabled - there's nothing I need to change, so stop it with the notifications every 30 mins!! As others have mentioned...the number of surveys you're offered appears to drop off as you get closer to earning a gift card.
