Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be updated immediately. It constantly crashes while looking for a provider, logs you out while in the middle of a search, while logging back in can give you a random error making it impossible to log in again, need to uninstall and re install. This is unacceptable for an app that is crucial to get medical care to be this unusable.

when it works, the app is quite helpful and informative. But lately the app doesn't even get to the sign in screen before it tells me "something went wrong" and they're looking into it. So I am forced to call and talk to someone in a call center in the Philippines just to find a doctor. App needs immediate attention and will get a better rating once they get it together.

This app hasn't worked in months. It doesn't even allow you to get to the login screen before it returns an error message. I had to delete the app to even be able to access the web page, as my phone automatically triggers the app when logging into the Surest website. A fully functional app is kind of important when trying to quickly access insurance claims and provider information.
