Ratings and reviews

The app needs to be updated immediately. It constantly crashes while looking for a provider, logs you out while in the middle of a search, while logging back in can give you a random error making it impossible to log in again, need to uninstall and re install. This is unacceptable for an app that is crucial to get medical care to be this unusable.

I'm new to Surest and the service itself seems pretty good, but the app needs help. Trying to show the back of the ID card so that it can be scanned, and it glitches out in landscape mode. I assume it's never been tested. Searching for a specialty and then searching for a specific provider brings up the name that I'm looking for. Clicking on their name crashes the app. Two showstopper bugs in two days. I'm not impressed.

Can't even register. When and IF my verify email link even brings up the next screen, I type in my ten digit phone number and the Next button does not activate. As soon as I leave the phone number box, the app completely freezes up. Seems based on reviews I am hardly the only person having serious issues and based on the time period of these reviews, not a lot of effort to resolve them.
